• Organisation and execution of the Rally Zbraslav-Jíloviště 2025.

• Contacting participants regarding registration, organization and race results.

• Publication of results in the race area and online (start and result lists).

• Promotion of the event in the media (photos, videos).

Scope of data:

• Name and surname of the participant and co-passenger.

• Home address (city).

• E-mail, phone number.

• Vehicle details (make, model, year of manufacture).

• Starting number.

Legal basis for processing:

• Performance of the contract (participation in the event).

• Legitimate interest of the administrator (promotion of the event and the history of the race).

• Consent of the participant (for photographic and audiovisual recordings).

Data retention period:

• For the duration of the event and archiving of records for a period of 5 years.

• Published results and photos may be kept permanently as part of the race history.

Rights of participants:

• The right to access your data.

• Right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing.

• Right to object.

• The right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
